AnnexLK is a property discovery platform. Property owners and renters remain responsible for deciding what information to share with each other and for verifying a property or person before entering an agreement.

Property and identity information
Property owners may provide listing details, photographs, approximate and exact location information, pricing, availability and contact details. Where identity verification is required, we may collect identification documents, a selfie, date of birth and address. Identity documents are treated as private and are not displayed publicly.
Activity and technical data
We may record searches, favourites, reviews, reports, contact-reveal requests, sign-in activity, IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, timestamps and security logs. We also use cookies and similar browser storage as described in our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use information
- Provide accounts, property search, listings, favourites, reviews and owner contact features.
- Review property listings and verify property-owner identities.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted access, password hashing, encrypted connections where available, rate limits and private storage for verification documents. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by data type. Backups and security records may remain for a limited period after deletion.
5. Your choices and rights
You may update many account details through your profile. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some information may be retained where law or legitimate security needs require it.
